PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
These terms and conditions are in place for your protection. Here we detail our commitment to you and provide a few simple guidelines to make your purchase as smooth as possible. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product or Products and is a binding contract. By purchasing goods from Kiwimirror.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
NOTE: Before making a purchase, it’s important that you don’t schedule any installation work until your items arrive and have been checked thoroughly by you. We are not liable for any plumbers’ costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way. We require to be notified of any damaged goods within 24 hours.
The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.
1. Order Acceptance and Processing
After placing an order, we will process your credit or debit card, or obtain funds from your PayPal Account, for payment. As soon as we have received authorisation for the payment from your card provider or PayPal we will begin to process your order through our system and we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email constitutes acceptance by us and at this point a contract is formed. It is our policy to charge your card for payment upon taking an order even if the goods are not immediately available for shipment.
The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges will be available on the website before the order has been completed.
Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the order.
Changes to an order once processed may incur an additional fee.
2. Description of goods
The description of the goods is as set out in the website, catalogues, brochures or other form of advertisement. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in the size and colour of the goods supplied.We always try to ensure that this information is regularly updated. However, we advise that you seek technical advice from a qualified source prior to ordering and before any work is carried out.
We will do our utmost to ensure that images of products represented in photos match as closely as possible to the physical product, However, some images may vary slightly, this may be due to the way your monitor displays colour or the lighting of the image during the photography process.
3. Pricing Errors
Prices are displayed in € euro. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates but do not include delivery charges. These will be notified to you and applied after you select your shipping method.
We reserve the right to make adjustments to the price of goods at any time.
This can take into account any increase in our suppliers process or in any tax increases.
In the event that there is a pricing error on the website or in store then Kiwi Mirror will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
4. Shipping Information
Delivery is charged at a fixed rate.Our standard flat shipping rate is €19.99, with free delivery over €499
The delivery of goods to you is deemed to be a separate contract for services, distinct from your contract to purchase the goods. Delivery may be affected in one or more instalments. Changes to the delivery address made by the purchaser after the goods have been handed to the delivery company will incur an additional charge.
If your order is placed before 1pm we aim to dispatch the next working day. We aim for delivery within 2 – 5 working days,however, some items may take longer. Please be aware that the delivery dates given are always estimates and are not exact information. Goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes out of our control.
We advise against booking any installers, or engaging in preparatory work until you are in full receipt of your goods and you have made an inspection of all items. We will not be liable for any tradesperson costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.
If you or whomever you have appointed to receive delivery are not available to receive the delivery on the assigned day and the courier has attempted to make delivery you are now liable for the additional re-delivery charge and goods will not be re-delivered until this fee has been paid.
- If your parcel is visibly damaged, please DO NOT accept delivery. - If the courier will not wait for the goods to be checked DO NOT sign for your delivery..
Please Use Caution when unwrapping the parcel(s) as items may have become unsteady during transit.
You or whomever you have instructed to receive your delivery must open and check your order for damages prior to signing any paperwork from the courier – in the unlikely event that an item(s) has been damaged note this on the courier's POD (Proof of Delivery) – ‘DAMAGED’ along with product description. You agree to indemnify us in full for any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to comply.
Claims for damages will not be accepted if this has not been completed.
You or whoever you have instructed to receive your delivery is required to sign a Proof of Delivery and detail any damages at this point – the words 'unexamined'’ or 'unchecked' will not be accepted as a conditional signature. Any signature on delivery paperwork is accepting that the goods arrived without obvious external damage to the packaging and later claims for damage will not be considered.
Do not refuse the delivery unless every item is damaged. If you refuse a delivery with any undamaged items on it you will be charged for the return and the redelivery of those items.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability whatsoever is accepted in respect of late deliveries.
You agree that we may deliver the goods in instalments if we suffer from a shortage of stock or have another genuine and fair reason, subject to the above provisions and provided you are not liable for extra charges.
In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit please contact Kiwi Mirror within 24 hours of receiving your delivery to ensure that you are provided with the replacement as soon as possible.
Once you have taken receipt of your delivery you or whomever you have assigned must thoroughly check the contents of your order to ensure that you have received all the items you have purchased.
In the unlikely event that an item has been missed in your order please contact Kiwi Mirror within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will not accept liability for any shortages if they are not reported within this period.
All Claims for Missing items or Damages must be sent via email within the time allocated to email@example.com, along with images clearly showing the damage.
PLEASE NOTE THE CONDITIONS ABOVE MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO, AS KIWI MIRROR WILL NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS IF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS HAVE NOT BEEN FOLLOWED.

5. Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
All products supplied by Kiwi Mirror come with a 12 month retailer’s guarantee. Any guarantee periods longer than this quoted on the website for particular products are provided by the manufacturer and are not in any way endorsed or backed by Kiwi Mirror. We pass on manufacturers warranties in good faith but we do not endorse them and they form no part of your contract with Kiwi Mirror. For the avoidance of doubt if the manufacturer becomes insolvent you accept that the additional guarantee is lost.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the service they provide then please contact us and we will endeavor to resolve any problems for you. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any problems.In the event of a faulty item being installed before reporting it to Kiwi Mirror, this will void any warranty provided from the manufacturer and as a result Kiwi Mirror will not be able to replace or return the faulty item.
You will be charged the actual cost of the delivery and the collection. For large deliveries please be aware that the actual costs will be considerably higher than those you were originally charged for delivery. If the product has been installed and used for an extended period of time and no fault is found you will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you. If your item has been installed and a fault is reported to Kiwi Mirror they may require a service agent to make contact and check the product onsite - if the product has not been installed to manufacturer’s instructions or has been damaged by misuse this will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and you will be charged for the call out fee and any additional charge deemed by Kiwi Mirror, this in no way affects your contract with Kiwi Mirror.

At Kiwimirror.com we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Our 30-day hassle-free returns gives you 30 days to change your mind after receipt of your order. In the unlikely event that you wish to return your order please follow the returns process below.
When receiving goods it is the recipients’ responsibility to thoroughly check goods for any damage. If an item or the packaging has been tampered with during transit please note this on the delivery docket, take some photos and contact Kiwi Mirror via e-mail to email@example.com within 24 hours.
Once a product has been used and is faulty you must contact Kiwi Mirror to organise a refund or replacement product. Once an item has been returned to our depot we will check the product to see where the fault lies and provide you with a refund (minus delivery costs) if necessary.
We understand that occasionally an issue may occur with your chosen items and you might wish to cancel your order. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible to let us know you wish to cancel your order. In the case that the order has already been processed and shipped it will be the recipients’ responsibility to return the order. In this case the customer is liable to pay return postage and must ensure the items returned are in full resalable condition with no marks or damage.
Please follow the returns process as detailed below.
• Only goods in original packaging in a resalable condition will be considered for returns
• Special order items cannot be returned
• Returns will only be accepted within 30 Days of Delivery
• Return requests will only be processed through our Customer Care Team- please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details
How to return your order:
1) Request your return by emailing our Customer Care Team at email@example.com (This is the only way to request a return)
2) Once your return has been processed you are contacted by Kiwi Mirrors Customer Care to advise approval or rejection of your returns request.
3) An approved return will be issued with an RAN label (Returns Approval Number) and this will be provided to you in a printable format to be attached to your item for return. (Any Item(s) returned without an RAN will be rejected)
4) All items must be in original unopened packaging and fit for resale, any items returned which are non-compliant will be rejected. It is your responsibility to return items in good condition and to ensure they are suitably packaged to avoid damage in transit. Kiwi Mirror DO NOT offer a collection service.
5) Items can only be returned to the address provided on the RAN label.
6) Once we are in receipt of your return, it will be inspected by our returns department which will trigger the refund process. Please note this process may take 7-10 days from the date of receipt of your item. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
